Cold- and hot-water-activated fiber with elastic, aerating properties. Enhances moisture retention and fat stabilisation in baked goods, meat analogs, and emulsified products. Adds bulk, chewiness, and elasticity, especially in gluten-free baking. Supports dough structure and crumb softness without synthetic additives.
Grown and processed in Oceania, FLAXSEED FIBER FF 100 C undergoes refinement in Switzerland, where it is polished, milled, sifted, standardised, and tested to meet exacting quality standards.
