PEKTOS BEET FIBER BF 5 and BEET FIBER BF 10 is 100% pure sugar beet fiber from the plant species “Beta vulgaris”. The beet pulp (cell wall material in the sugar beet) is stabilized and preserved after the sugar extraction for later beet fiber production.
The typical application is in clean-label food. BEET FIBER BF 5 and BF 10 provide stabilisation, water binding, structure, freshness and insoluble & soluble dietary fiber.
